27 Hours On The Train: MOC-EK

Not really much to say here. The trainsky, that took us from Moscow to Yekaterinburg was ok, the sleeper wagon 2nd class certainly beats sitting in a tight chair for hours. We had two other guys from Russia in our compartment, who didn’t speak a lot of English, and since our Russian is a bit rusty, communication was limited. But they where ok, one even helped me with my mobil phone, that didn’t connect to the internet as it was supposed to. The set up was in Russian only.
Didn’t really see much of them. Food on the train was, oh look a squirrel, we got to see a lot of the countryside. Trees, lakes, small villages, kinda romantic looking ruins of old wooden houses. Not many hills or even mountains around here. All in all a very relaxing trip.
Took a few pictures through the window, of local news, and see if you can spot the water boiler.

As a bonus: one of my fav. train songs:
