Sunday we drove south to visit Georgia’s cost and the Golden Isles. We went to Jekyll Island, known best for its Driftwood Beach on its northern cost. The island has been eroding there very slowly, losing the nourishing ground for the maritime forest, so it looks like a huge tree cemetery. A great place to wander around and take some pictures.
