Scroby Sand
One of the first commercial offshore windfarms in the UK sits just three kilometers off the coast in Great Yarmouth. Norwich, Norfolk and the Broads
We spent the last few days of our pre-worldtrip-holiday in Norfolk. We visited Norwich yesterday, saw the castle and cathedral and lingered through the lanes. Today we went to the village of Ranworth, climbed up the tower of St. Helens Church (aka the “Cathedral of the Broads”) and strolled through in the beautiful Ranworth Broads. We continued to the village of Salhouse, where we took a walk around the countryside. The Broads attract most tourists in summer but are a beautiful place…
