  We left Japan from Fukuoka on a high speed ferry to Busan in South Korea. That’s where we’ve spent the whole last week. I guess we could stay even longer without a chance of getting bored.   …having travelled through Japan with JR (Japan Rail), I feel like I need to tell you some things. No, I am not going to rant about the ongoing train driver’s strike, though it’s apparently en vogue in Germany (which is sad, by the way, but as I said, this is not what I want to talk about here).   For our Foodie friends: a selection of some of the food we had in Japan. Featuring Sushi, Sashimi and Ramen (of course) and other stuff. A whole lot of the restaurants have plastic versions of their dishes on display outside.
